A WordPress-style shortcode engine: register named shortcodes and render [tag attr="value"]content[/tag] markers inside user-authored content into arbitrary HTML. Used by CMS and blog content rendering.

Where It Is Used

CMS page and block content can embed shortcodes; the cmsstore rendering pipeline expands them through this package.
